Carriage
Please allow 14 days for delivery, though, with many stock items we aim
to deliver within 5 working days.
Delivery
Delivery to mainland U.K. destinations will be by overnight carrier.
Delivery is free to mainland U.K. for orders over £75.00
If we are delivering to one of the U.K. islands, Northern Ireland or
Eire, there will be a shipping cost. We will email you with details
when your order is received.
Goods must be checked at time of delivery. If this is not possible
they must be signed for as unchecked.
Our carriers will make all possible efforts to deliver your order without
a problem occuring. If however, in the unlikely event that they are not
able to deliver to the specified address, it may be necessary that you
pick up your order from the local depot.
If you do not take delivery of your order because you have cancelled your
contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, we shall re-credit your
account once the returned items have been found to be in accordance
with our returns policy. We will deduct any expenses incurred for
failed delivery.
Payment
Payment by visa or MasterCard or cheque, goods will not be
dispatched until funds have cleared. Cheques must be made
payable to Aladdins Lighting. (Our Shop)
If any of your order is not available within 14 days we can back
order it for you, you will be contacted with the option to cancel
if you wish.
All goods are sold subject to availability.
If any item you receive is damaged or your order is not complete, please inform us by
email within 48 hours. We will refuse any claim, either for short order or
damage if we are not informed within this timescale.
Returns
All products carry a 7-day money back guarantee. The item
must not have been installed or modified and must be in its
original packaging. The Item must be in a resalable condition.
Do not attach any sticky labels, sellotape etc. to the packaging
, the boxes must be returned in a cardboard container or suitable
covering.We advise that you return any goods by recorded Royal
Mail. We do not require a reference number for returns, but it is
necessary that you email us to say that you will be returning
your order.
Installation
We advise that the products be installed by a
qualified Electrician. Liability will not be accepted for the improper
installation of our products.
Privacy
It is always our intention to protect your privacy. We will only use
the information that we collect lawfully (in accordance with the
data protection act 1998).
